Dancehall entertainer Munga Honourable has been released from police custody without charge. Munga surrendered to the Hunts Bay Police on Monday and was later questioned as part of a murder probe. His attorney,
Christopher Townsend, noted that Munga has been calm and cooperative throughout the uncomfortable investigation process.
My client maintains that he has nothing to hide and he has cooperated fully with the police. No charges have been brought against him and he is looking forward to returning to his music that he loves so much.
Townsend did reveal to The Star, however, there is some relation between his client being named as a person of interest in the murder of the man who attacked him two years ago.
